Common Sense Speaks wrote: The Rochester dude and the Gullivers dude are the same persons. FYI, also, it's the same person as David Petrano, who oddly enough, is one of the names mentioned in his statement about the case...Petranos vs. whoever. Coincidence, I think not. I wonder if there's a law concerning internet behavior about talking about an ongoing case when you're the attorney of record. Very odd. I'm no lawyer though, but I'm sure either one of the people will spell that out for all of us in plain English or Spanish...oh...wait, they won't, it will be spelled in in confusing doublespeak and lawyer talk. I'm just sayin... CS, your reading comprehension is 0. Petrano is not attorney of record on the Spanish Treasure ship case. And if that's too "lawyer speak" for you to understand, maybe you need to retain yourself your own lawyer if you're going to continue going around maliciously defaming others. Oh, and Rochesterian is not Gullivers Travels. Defamatory. Please retract your malicious defamatory statement.

If your posting anonymously, how can anyone know who anyone is? Cello you could be anyone, even me. What an odd concept.

I scoff at your insults fool, and I fart in your general direction. Is that lawyer speak enough for YOU? Petano, Petrano...is that a typo to protect someone's name? It's possible, but I could've been wrong. I'll have to do a little research on that, but I have to say I'm not that interested. Thanks for the clarification though, such a vile remark on my part must have been very traumatizing.

This time that to us the Canary Islands clear and the Balearic ones! If that money made HERE, if the boat that contained it did HERE, if the waters in which it sank are those of HERE... Then it is OUR treasure, not his.== On the other hand, with a American flag I clean the ass. The flag, I prefer it with three I sweep, and you?"" http://babelfish.altavista.com/tr

Thanks for the clarification though, such a vile remark on my part must have been very traumatizing. CS, please get control over your ego. No one really cares about you and whatever wacko pyscho conspiracies float around in that little brain fo yours, "She is him, she is me, I am her, and we are all Petranos." Please, spare us the psych ranting drivel. And don't wait around to get your jollies off trying to "traumatize" me, you waste so much of your time on such fruitless pursuits. Perhaps you might better spend you time signing up to work charity for the autism research project being duscussed on this forum, and donate some of your free time to help the parents and individuals dealing with autism. People might think a tad more highly of your efforts were they devoed to a more noble cause. In the meantime ... isn't it VERY COOL that Oddseys law firm, Fowler White, got such a trashing at the hands of the Spain that they LOST their admiratly piracy case? A just result for a law firm that has bad Karma generated for years for how it has mistreated some disabled Americans. Maybe if they had employed persons with autism instead of praying to God someone else hire them, they would have the brainpower avaiable to win instead of lose their admiralty case. but, it is all spilt milk for Fowler now. Spain won and Fowler-Oddsey lost. At least maybe now Spain can return some of the money to those to whom it originally belonged. Some good Karma. VERY COOL ...
