it seems that it s not the prison doctor who gave him ; he "just" prescribed it to a man who was in a prison where 60 % of the convicts are condemned for sexual crimes. for his defense , a doctor has access to the medical files of the convict , but not to his condemnation files.
after a legal prescription ( and if there is , there should be something left of it ), what does it matter which pharmacist gave him the drug ? |

He might have even gotten it off the streets if the prison doctor isn't guilty of prescribing them to him. There's a huge black market of Viagra.
