Obama's meeting with President Nicolas Sarkozy will not only boast his credentials as a potential world leader, but will send the message to our European neighbors that if Obama becomes president he will expect more support from them.

He will also send the message to Europe that he is willing to act on new information and not just cling to old stuff...
