A presidential candidate, before his party's convention, flying around the world acting like he speaks for this country is not just pretentious, it is dangerous and wrong. We may be starting to see into this man's true character.

After McCain's meetings with G.H.W.Bush and Rudy Guiliani, I am especially concerned for Barack Obama. These are the people who masterminded the remote controlled aircraft strikes at the former WTC in NYC. Am I wrong? Please pray that noone else comes to any harm. God please protect Barack Obama and his beautiful family from the crazed and desperate Republicans.

You do realize that McCain has recently visited and given speeches in Canada (June), London (March), and Columbia (May).

God bless all the US Citizans--be they informed or misinformed. And pray you're voting for the better candidate.

They were not as grandeous as Obama's. McCain is a humble man compared to Obama. Once Obama learns about true sacrifice without thoughts of reward then I may trust him.

Theme from "Twilight Zone" playing right now. Show proof of what you just wrote instead of stupid little comments. You need to protect yourself if this fool becomes president.

Obama should stop acting like a President or of some importance.

I do not see how you can compare giving speeches in these locales to Obama's crash course in foreign affairs/publicity stunt of touring war zones and meeting heads of state while expounding on what his policies will be.

I can plainly see that you are a hypocrite. It's O.K. when McCain makes speeches in a foreign country or visits Iraq, but it's a stunt and dangerous if Obama does it.

McCain, and the GOP publicly dared him to go to Iraq. The GOP ran a counter on their website counting how many days it had been since Obama visited Iraq. McCain is getting what he asked for.

Very typical Obama supporter: a little messed up in the head.

The Republicans including McCain haranged Obama about not spending time in the Middle East and talking to our Generals the ground and our allies about Iraq and Afghanistan and now that he does you guys are bashing him for doing what you were bashing him for not doing.

Hypocrites one and all.

Once again who urged him to visit the War zones and criticised him for not having visited the war zones earlier?

Who urged him to meet with our allies and our Generals for perspective?

If only Bush would have listened to our Generals at the beginning of the war.

...I didn't see any Democrats standing up and calling a conspiracy a conspiracy. They lined up in the gravy train too. As long as they still have your vote, they don't care about you.

Exactly!

They might think twice before making any suggestions from now on as his trip is showing just how much better he will be at foreign policy and at mending the damage caused by the Bush Administration over the last two terms.

A fresh start is needed with our allies and McCain can't do that while carrying the baggage of his party.

It's funny that Obama had so much time to speak with foreign leaders and people, but blew off our fighting soldiers.

And he wants to be our Commander in Chief.

He tours the world looking for global support when he's an American candidate. Why would German opinion make any difference, when it's an American choice?
All the benefit is he gets a free world tour at the American taxpayers' expense.
He will claim this as world affairs experience, when he still hasn't given a single plan on how he will bring the power back to the people.
Neither of these candidates has a plan that 99% of Americans should accept. Fire everyone in Washington, radically change our government, and put term limits for any political office.
Oh, tax the corporations, not the people. Get back to the principles I have only been able to read about in my lifetime.

Maybe you should read some Thomas Paine prior to soiling his name with commentary that is antithetical to his philosophies.

Paine,

“Moderation in temper is always a virtue; but moderation in principle is always a vice.”

The Republicans moderated our principles based on fear when they should have been promoting conviction and courage. The terrorists won a victory the day this administration used fear as a tactic against our own citizen's.
