It's not right at all. It's bullshit in fact.

British productions fall over themselves to give black actors roles, even where the roles they get are completely inappropriate. Watch Merlin, or Doctor Who when the Tardis materialises in medieval Europe.

Some people wont be happy until every single thing is afrocentricised.

Black men want white People to do everything for them, they do not invest money into their own people, they might not have the talent to write good films and scripts, so they should create film programs for black people who can but have little money. But in reality black British actors are more likely to blow in Hollywood than the UK but the real reason is because that is where more money is at and a larger black audience.

Heck all actors regardless of their racial background will do better in Hollywood than in the UK just like our music industry. The money is in the USA.

Thing is most of the time we'll think those actors are in fact Americans as they will most likely be given American roles eg I thought Idris Elba was an American until I saw him in an interview.

I see they are re-doing "Braveheart" with Jay-Z as Wallace, and Meryl Streep as Edward II.

Ideas for a black iconic hero along the lines of James Bond or Indiana Jones, anybody?

Surely it's better to come up with something fresh and original, than crap on an established character for the sake of political correctness?

What sort of background would such a character have? What would his cause be? What sort of unique attributes would he have?

How about somebody along the lines of The Punisher? An underground crime fighter who suffered huge personal loss growing up around gang culture etc, who dedicates his life to dispensing justice, and whose exploits see him pitted against international organised villains?

There's a million good ideas. No need to steal a character.

I am a black man and ?I will admit that the characters of traditional roles should be cast by someone of their own race. Why would we have a white man playing martin luther king, or a white man playing michael jackson?
