Are you blind? East Timor since secede from Indonesia like pariah country now no one care.

The poorest country on planet earth poorer than African, thanks to our former President Habibie to let them go, because these people just sucking Indonesian money to subsidea them, but eventhough already subsidezed they are still can not help themselves.

Now look at now after now after independent as they wish, poor..

Poor native East Timorese, only minority Portuguese living happiliy in East Timor right now who control the goverment.

over here I find east timorese, who wannabe indoes, eventhough they are independent. lol

yea.. We are from indonesia actually very happy that East timor is not part of Indonesia anymore. They just become a burden for Indonesia, billion of dollar is pumping to this area each year just to make them catch up with other province in Indonesia.
And from where they money come from? the new order regime took it from province outside java.
New order regime at that time built hundreds of school from elementary to University and Politechnic the literacy rate jump from only 2% when East Timore let alone by portugese to become more than 60% only in 20 years rule of Indonesia. From where the money again from province outside Java.
Very glad they are not part of Indonesia, no contribution only gift taker.

That's life,
we get to the principles of independence can not be replaced by money. The price of freedom is that we get the blood and tears is not money from Java or other provinces in Indonesia.

your country are stupid, you want to colonize our country, but can not control the population of Timor-Leste.

You were free to kill GPK (Falentil-Fretilin),but you didn’t know the actions you had been doghouse by the people of East Timor.

Thank You for the development that has been given to us.

Yeah now you east timorese do anything...! I dont really care..!!

I believe many Indonesian happy and realize now decision taking by our former president to let East Timor go is very brilliant.

Because now indos can save million of dollar subsidised which formerly given to East Timor to make them catch up and in par with other provinces. Now you are on their own.

Its different with Madurese from Madura island, eventhough Madura island offer nothing just rock but Madurese are hard working people and a lot of them becoming self employee and succes in their life do not need subsiding from other provinces.

If you becoming failed country, and majority there want to join Indonesia again, I do not agree and strongly oppose the idea...

You should ask urself! Firstly I ask u why now East Timor being a failed state after we give independence to that country??? With the whole governmental apparatus has collapsed, ethnic-conflict, high levels of corruption, and low human development index, east timor is really being failed country..after we give independence to that country... what say you about tht?

Poor East Timor..... But...., I'm glad now Indonesia is not accused to be responsible, and relatively free from this 'troubled land' that has damaged Indonesian esteem in international community for years.....

Yup, for TL people who lived in outside of TL they will say "I'm proud with TL". But if you ever ever lived in TL and feel how hard it is lived as TL people in TL land now, maybe you will say something else. Starving, lack of job, and a lot of gang member disturb business activity still nightmare for TL. Even business activity get harder day by day. Security problem isn't solved until today.

Yes, some of Indonesian still in poor condition. With 220 million people lived in Indonesia, it's hard to manage them. But, at least they are not in starving condition.

LOL, are you licking your own spit? Just where were you in 1998? What a witless, clueless person you are.

The only reason East Timor became "independent" is thanks to the gift of Indonesian president Habibie, not to any particular East Timorese effort. And the subsequent devastation and impoverishment of East Timor shows that East Timor does not "win" anything. They only became the poorest people in the world forsaken in a never-ending conflict thanks to the incompetent buffoons they called "leaders". In short, it is East Timor that is the loser.

The only slightly positive outcome from East Timorese "independence" is that Indonesia is no longer burdened with need to subsidise the development of backward East Timor.

BTW, East Timor today is a failed state. Oh yeah, your weakling home country Netherlands has been easily pwned by Indonesia twice, and you are not an Indonesian. Deal with it.
