Jack Phillips has been missing one month. Why has his apartment not been opened to be certain he is not dead within his own residence? It seems this is the most obvious place to start an investigation. Everything is speculation at this point. Where are the facts? Where is the police and the American Embassy? What if anything is being done to find Jack Phillips?

Doubt that "concerned" family would be safe to go there. Agree?

i am part of the family by marriage and we have been trying to look for him since he has been missing. You all can say what you want to say but he was a good, decent guy and he did not deserve this. and whoever did this will get his/her someday.

My prayers and thoughts go to Jacks Family

The family and friends really need support, not hateful comments like Andre's

I for one will miss Jack a lot. He was funny and smart and unique. He could light up a room with his laughter. He had a very special personality. I think he may have been very misunderstood by the people who murdered him. If they had really known him they could never have done such a terrible thing to him. May Jack rest in piece knowing that he was loved and appreciated by many.

i dont care how much you hated him,you are truly soulless. his family reads this, and you are pouring salt in a open, fresh, festering wound. your parents and family and children must be very proud of you. it is one thing to kick a man when he is down;its quite another to spit on his dead body before he is laid to rest.you must have wonderful self-esteem. i noticed (anonymous from cheshire ct ) that you didn't have the balls to leave your name and #. maybe we can meet sometime to discuss your grievences. remember, cheshire, karma is a funny thing. thats all for now . i'm sure you have a klan meeting to get to or something

you have you opinion and i have mine--both issued from a space of subjectivity. Jack received the karma to which you refer. My beloved mother is deceased now but not before Jack harrassed her for no other reason than he felt he could. Jack represented an open festering wound on humanity and I am glad is no longer walks among us--Ifeel more secure and safe now. I did not hate Jack--I saw him for who he was and I stand by my expressed sentiments. Of course I issue them under the cloak of "Anonymous" -- look at your own inherent threat in your response to me. By the way you may be relieved to know that I no longer have parents and never had the benefit of children nor do I possess a set of balls, however I do have a vagina which should illustrate my point: men as well as women were adversely effected by Jack Phillipps--he was a creep of significant magnitude. Kudos to Andre from Canada for being the least hypocritical among us. Gotta go now--don the white sheet with the eyesholes cut out and get the torch ready to set afire the cross on the lawn. And just for the record I am proud of laying out my feelings regarding Jack. Did I ever say I was thankful that he was murdered? No, I am simply saying gargabe in, garbage out.

wow.. we seem to have two very different opinions of the late Mr. Phillips. I believe that Mr. Phillips may have a had a very mean side to his personality.. family members and perhaps close friends saw a different side to him. He was not murdered for being and angel for sure. He had people who hated him and wanted him dead. That is an undisputed fact. This case rests.

My prayers and sympathies go out to the family. I hope he is in a place where he will find peace and whoever did this should be drowned.
God Bless.

I have been unable to get in contact with Jack's children or Sister. John called me with the new's of Jack's death and said that a Memorial was being planned, I would like to know where Jack was laid to rest and of course to speak to his Family. If anyone see's this post, Please pass it along to them.

Hi David,
My family knows Janet, Jack's sister. I will pass this message on to her and let you know if I find out information about Jack.
