Could it possibly be because PENNSYLVANIA easily allows them to collect WELFARE because It's much harder to get Welfare in New York???? Americans trained the military and left a chief in charged, supported as president for 30 years. Know your history! this is not your land. I see some of the ignorant people posting ignorant comments have selective reading problems, or they don't know how to read at all. From what i read in the story, it shows how people came to this city with nothing and already have their own business. I bet that is more than can be said for these people posting negative comments. I bet they don't even know what is hard work.
