Hmmm....population 4 million? I agree mostly with Einanshe, but there are a couple of things I disagree with. If Somaliland has a population of 4 million, then Somalia must have about 14 to 18 million. But Somalia's population is stimated at 8 to 10 million.
Democracy? Not as we define democracy. Rayale is a very good student of Siyad Barre, but if we say relative to South Somalia, that is ok.
