that would define almost all the world as enemies in that case - as islam tends to define anyone who's not a muslim as an enemy .. anyone who would criticize and question islam is an enemy ...

I am not talking about insulting, defaming, mocking -- I am talking about criticism - for example, I think islam should modernise itself .. should have a reformation like christianity did hundreds of years ago to step out of the middle ages ... and would probably also ensure some of the fanatics and radicals within islam can not find anything in islam that would "allow" them to carry out their atrocious acts ..

I think there should be a "loosening up" of rules ... again, to allow freedom, progress, creativity ...
