I need advice.

Poeple on this Forum

I am thinking of buying a condo in North Cyprus as I heard it is good out there.

I know the Greeks and Turks do not get on, but can someone please give me some advice on the best place.

TRNC is a pseudo puppet state controlled by Turkey,Not one member of the UN recognises this
entity,World courts are demanding for Turkish withdrawal and return of all refugees to their homes and prperties,Don't you have a consience to live in someones house that was uprooted at 4AM?

Though the vast majority of land in the North is former GC land, there is also land that was foreign or Turkish owned pre'74, the GC authorities can check up on this for you.

As for the other, Why did Turkey Legally intervene and at who's request(A clue,He wore a frock,had a penchant for little boys) and the GC and still Idolise him.

Best place definately the north as much outstanding natural beauty remains which has not become dependant on commercialism to sustain the economy.

Turkish title deed land is available, probably in short supply due to plots already purchased and developed upon, you will pay more for pre 74 Turk owned land but that's for a sense of security in an unpredictable world, but having said that if the country ever reunites any purchase made on the north would most certainly double in value to bring prices in par with each side.

The Greek side is also very nice and appealing however, the only downside could be the price variation, but on the whole one beautiful island.
