If you haven’t picked up on it by now, customer service in Miami is bad. I mean real bad. I mean so bad that it seems to be the one negative people have when they talk about visiting this city.“Yeah, Miami is great, but the servers and employees seem to have no idea what they’re doing.” One would think in a city that bases a large part of its economy on tourism, we’d try a little harder to serve people well.
