U.N. Warns Moroccans on Sex Abuse

"zero tolerance concerning exploitation and abuse"

Here in the US that means that a 19 year old can get prison for having sex with his 16 year old girlfriend. I guess because so many of these Romeo/Juliet cases have been in the news lately I am more than skeptical of claims of "exploitation and abuse" If the claims were of forcible rape I'd be more outraged and shocked, but for right now it looks like it may be that young solidiers had consensual liasons of one variety or another with young women in a Muslim country and the native culture isn't too happy about it.

When more details come out perhaps I'll know if I'm wrong.

Just would like to say that The Ivory Coast(Cote D' Ivoire) is not a muslim country,and in contrary of that previous assumption, it is Morocco the country from which the soldier is from, that's muslim. Anyway, it's not about religion, it's about right & wrong!
