His trial was supposed to start on February 23. He pled guilty to 3 of the 10 felonies a couple of weeks ago. Sentencing is set for April. For more info go to http://www.nmcourts.gov/ and click on "case lookup"

Hey vested I heard Nick is geting out of jail on the 2nd of April. Is that true? How do you have a vested intreset in the cas againsted nick?

Nick's sentencing is scheduled for April 2nd. I sincerely hope that he is not released on that date, because if he is the community is at risk wherever he goes.

There will not be a trial. He pled guilty to 3 of the 10 counts. His sentence is as follows...cryptic though it may be. He petitioned for a reduced sentence which was denied. The following information is from the New Mexico Courts website:

I was the victim of a liar and several non fact checking idiot reporters. I would not believe a word written in a Costa Rican News Paper or most TV news, channel 7 does actually check facts but the rest don't care what they say.

I would not believe a word written about anyone. That includes Internet sites dedicated to news in Costa Rica. Everyone reports for shock value,corpses on cover pages which I think is so disrespectful of the dead. President after President going to jail for stealing the country blind.

Why does it matter that his boss was Mexican? Was he shooting at a Taco? If this was attempted murder it was the worst attempt of all time. Why not just throw a rock at a Czechoslovakian? As a friend who have to give a legal deposition against Nick when he tried to date rape my friend by slipping her drugs, I find it really offensive that you would say "little prick always made me laugh". The SISTER of the girl he attempted to murder is on this thread, do you not feel like she would be offended? Nick has hurt too many people in his lifetime and deserves everything he gets. A second chance? You must not be familiar with all of his charges...many of which he has pleaded GUILTY to. Maybe his numerous victims of sexual assault, child abuse, and attempted murder should get a second chance at a normal life.
