Costa Rica deported Tuesday a
26-year-old man wanted in New Mexico for attempted murder
and conspiracy to commit murder. Nicholas Himmelsbach was
shipped back to the U.S. on a private flight "because of
his level of aggressiveness," Immigration Director Heidi
Bonilla said in a statement. Himmelsbach was arrested last
week in an exclusive neighborhood of San Jose, where he
lived in an apartment. The New Mexico attorney general's
office said he had been working as a travel agent, and
injured several officers during his detention. Officials
believe he entered Costa Rica illegally in March.
Himmelsbach is also accused in New Mexico of assaulting
three people with a deadly weapon, child abuse, shooting at
a dwelling and criminal damage to property.

Nick is a very violent person, has hurt many people, and he did not attempt to shoot his Mexican boss, or did anyone screw him over. He was employed at Hollister as a manager and has previous charges from Iowa for attempting to kill his girlfriend. He is very violent and needs help.

I don't believe any of this. I wholeheartedly believe that Nick H. is innocent. He is just misunderstood.

Nick is not innocent, he is a 26 year old man that
has violent outburts and does not care who he hurts. He has hurt many people. From date rape to
attempted murder and you think he is misunderstood. I don't think you know Nick!

Hm...I 'personally' know Nick too, considering it my sister that he conspired to murder awhile back...2nd chances? This guy has been given third and fourth chances and now deserves to be put away before he can follow through and actually kills someone. Give me a break.

Yeah, I went to High School and college with this guy. I was even his R.A. in college. He was a creep who I couldn't stand in High School, with rumors of him forcing himself on people. He transfered to my college after he had to leave his previous college because he had been caught with Ruffies. He then continued to use ruffies at my college, and attempted to rape someone. He was arrested for attempted sexual abuse, got probation. He then sold his car, stole a gun from a place in our home town, and planned on going to South America to kill his ex-girlfriend. He got caught, and got a suspended sentence. He then moved to NM got even more into drugs and tried to shoot up this house with a high powered rifle. He got arrested for attempted murder, posted bail and skipped the country. He was caught in Costa Rica and put up a fight, was brought in. He escaped, and caught again, and has now been extradited back to the country. Please try and tell me how you think he could possibly not deserve to do some time.

It sounds like you actually knew the guy and have a good sense of his character. I was relieved when I heard he was no longer in Iowa, and not at all surprised to learn about the trouble he created in New Mexico. Guys like Nick start out small (if you can call date rape small) and progress in the severity of their crimes until they are locked away for good. Hopefully anyone involved in his upcoming court case will not be schmoozed by what I can only guess is his "charming" personality, and will realize that he is a danger to society. I don't know what else he would have to do before everyone takes him seriously.

The District Attorney's office and the Attorney Generals office know Nick and are working to convict him on all charges. They are working to keep him away from society. He is not very charming in jail, and his personality will not help him where he is at in segragation. He hurt innocent people and they didn't know why he would want to hurt them, and cause over $10,000 in damages. He needs mental health counseling and needs to find God in his life.
