I wonder if they have solved their waste disposal problem in Papagayo yet? Google it, and find out they were trucking the human waste from those "luxurious" resorts to dump nearby, fouling local rivers. Even the very tolerant CR officials ordered them closed down when repeated complaints were not met with adequate clean up measures.
