U.N. chief voices concern to Rwanda over support for Congo rebels

U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon expressed concern to Rwandan President Paul Kagame on Wednesday over U.N. claims that rebels in the neighboring Democratic Republic of Congo were receiving support from Rwandan officials.

The UN should act toughly on the rebels and try to find a long lasting solution between Kagame of Rwanda and Kabila of DRC.
Africa needs peace and to me it seems the French have failed to maintain peace in its former colonies.
