Just because the girls "mature" faster in those countries faster (doubt that) that doesnt mean you can take advantage of them. They might have alot of responsibilities but their mind is still vulnerable and developing. Give him the full sentence.

And accordin to US law, those tapes were illegal. They could have every girl testify that where they are from women are considered mature and ready to marry and give consent at age 13. She can even insult the prosecutor for only caring about his culture and not the culture of other countries, which is where all this took place. HE'll still say it's evil and that the girl who just testified must be tramatized and will still ask for full prosecution. Thats what they're paid to do. This guys is screwed.
