Seems like ChaChavez is doing PLENTY of provoking. Any chance he wants the US to attack (or Colombia), just so he can be RIGHT? and then say "oh poor me...we didn't do anything to deserve this... we are just poor communists living meager lives" (don't forget his $11,000 Cartier watch). amazing how so many poor people can have such a wealthy leader. Chavez has a AMAZING budgets for his personal life,,, and all he wears is red and green.

When it comes to business, there's the GOOD, the BAD, and the UGLY.

GOOD = Well, thought, by both sides, fair wages, safeguards, and partner protection

BAD = One side is getting too much, the revenues mildly improves the local economy and living standard, and allows some opportunities.

UGLY = Completely one-sided, the profit goes into some "unknown" account, is not documented, someone is getting rich, but who? The work-place is poorly maintained, and unsafe. No one in their right mind would invest, due to volatility and history. Standard of living is equally very low for all. Productivity is also low. Opportunity within does not exist, good people leave.
