Colombia is the one with the worse human rights violations in the area. The US and Colombian officials spoke on conditions of "anonymity" this means they tell they want the world to hear and it can not come back on individuals , If all information were out in the open this would amount to nothing. Why not be transparent with the world and let them get to the reality of the situation? Bush is afraid of transparancy for some reason
