IMHO, I think the better question is what can the US do to keep some of the minerals in their hands. Can you imagine what would happen if the worlds material for computer chips and cell phones was controlled by one country. It could get bad. We need to play catch up on building relationship's with Africa that we should have nurtured decades ago.

The white countries have raped Africa for years. I believe the Chinese will do right by Africa.

They do have the grace to ask nicely beforehand, but it is still the all important scoring into goalpost.

We're about making money and advancing China in a non-violent, peaceful, cooperative, mutually beneficial way.
