The only reason I am on the "defensive" is because no one on your side of the debate seem to care to talk about the topic. Instead, they seem more interested in personal attacks.

More facts, less emotion please.

I did answer it.

And are you able to debate a topic without insulting other people? I have asked you this many times.

<quoted text>Chinese school's tradition is having physical exercises in the middle of the classes - all kids exercise together when loudspeakr broadcast musics, this is our culture and tradition, it has nothing to do with politics and zero do to with millitary.
Yes, Chinese kids do exercises in between classes. Good idea, I support that idea.

Saying using "loudspeakers" are a part of Chinese culture is simply ridiculous. China is thousands of years old. China used loudspeakers back in the Tang Dynasty?

Joking aside, in Chinese primary schools they march around in lines and formations. In fact, all Chinese students in high school do military training. Do you deny this?

Before you insult Chinese culture and tradition,
Two things wrong with your sentence.

One, you say I am insulting China. Criticism is not insulting. You are free to criticize western culture all you like. Go for it. Welcome.

Two, you say that this is Chinese culture and tradition. Wrong. China is thousands of years old. This idea of marching the kids around the courtyard started after 1949. It is a political idea, not a cultural one.
luf wrote:
<quoted text>...do you even know what the loudspeaer says? do you even know what the music says?
Yes, I do. Thank you for asking. Here are a few example:

".....Millions of hearts with one mind, Brave the enemy's gunfire, March on!"

"March on! March on! on!"
luf wrote:

Or again, all of your conclusions come from your hatred and stupidity?
I don't hate anyone. But I do hate the fact that kids are marched around instead of learning football or tennis or something more productive.

And man, stop with the name-calling. It doesn't help your position at all. I have been polite in these debates, yet you continue to be rude. I hope you are not like that in the public in Canada.

Each summer, there is a Stampede in Calgary, in the parade, tens of thousand people line up in the parade, and many of them wear Scotish military dress and play millitary shows in the parade. And many of them are school kids. According to your logic, the Canadians must be evil who teach kids millitary style and teach them killing culture.
Is it right?
Tell me.
Wrong. They do it by choice. It is not mandatory, like in schools.

Not sure what is in your brain. You in one hand admit it is a good idea to do exercise, and in other hand accouse the exercise is millitary marching. do you have a sense of logic?

If a tradition has to be as old as Tang dynasty, I guess Canada has zero tradition. Correct? Oh, right, natives have traditions, but most natives had been killed.

It seems you do lack of basic knowledge of logic. Do you know what is 1+1?

Even if school marching looks like millitary, what wrong is that?

Like I said, in Calgary's Stampede parade, there at least few thousand shcool kids ware millitary suite, play milliraty musics and do millitary marching, according to your logic, Canada must be the most evil country on earth.

What are you doing in China? and what do you do for living? It is indeed a waste to feed you in China, we have enough homeless in China.

Don't abuse the word of Criticism, you have no idea what Criticism is. What you do here is spead your hatred and relief your frustration in life.

Again, your stupid logic is reduculous. If a trations has to be few thousand years, then the entire world would have basically no tradition, and Canada would have zero tradition.

What education did you have? Gr. 3?

What do you mean wrong? when you accouse Chinese kids are wrong to do their exercises because it looks like millitary marching, and you have no problem that Canadian kids ware millitary suit, do millitary marching, and play millitary music?

What wrong is in your brain?

I do waste of my time to talk to a man who has 50 IQ and have no idea what human Honour is. I guess a monkey would have 55 IQ, a chicken would learn something if I spend as much time as I spend on you.

You hopeless creature.

Keep showing your stupidity and no honour behavoir here, I won't waste of my time anymore.

First of all, any neutral observer reading your comments would quickly come to the conclusion that you are a child. This is because your posts are heavy on foul language, insults, offensive statements, and accusations without evidence.

If ever you are able to mature from a child-like state of mind, I would be more than happy to debate any issue with you. However, in light of your emotional outbursts (5 in a row), it is quite clear that you are unable to hold an intelligent form of debate nor express yourself without the use of rude behaviour.

How did you become such a rude person? Were you brought up that way, taught that way, or is in your blood?

Perhaps part of the problem is that you were not taught manners as a child. I certainly hope your children in Canada do not speak to others as you do here on these forums.

You ask me childish questions such as: "do you know what is 1+1?". What is that? Is that even part of the topic?

You have successfully turned the original topic into a person attack on people. Anyone whom you disagree with, you childishly and personally attack instead of debating the issues.

I will not longer be drawn into your childish attempts to censor debate on the topic.

The topic is about censoring the Internet in China.

Let's get back to that, shall we? Don't let the supporters of censorship let us be drawn into personal attacks. Try to stay above them to show the world how to debate a topic like a mature group of individuals.

so far, people here concluded that you should shut up and get the F out of China.

You are a shame of Canadians (I actual doubt if you are a Canadian).

Wherever you come from, the bottomline is, you are a loser in any society and you will be still a loser in your life time. I am not scaring you, I am warning you. Your future is very clear that:

1. Your lack of education cause you have no way to do any professional job

2. Your lack of IQ to handle basic logic cause you have no chance to do labour work, so you have no chioce but to be a homeless live in dropping center all your life time.

3. your stupidity and hatred cause you have no friend, no wife, no family, you have to face to yourself in lonely life forever

I was trying to help you to get ride of your stupidity and hatred, but it doesn't work. Next time, I would rather help a cheken or a rabbit because a chichen or rabbit obviously have as much IQ as you do but chichen and rabbit are much nicer than you.

Insulting posters is a political method designed to draw attention away from the issues.

Attack my opinions, fine. But you look petty and immature when you act like a little school boy who didn't get to play with the ball.

Back to the issue...

I wonder how athletes will feel when they get to Beijing and try to share their memories of their visit to China on their blogs but can't.

Remember, your shameless FBI monitors international telephone all along! I thinks the possible censoring to the internet is made to prevent FBI to guiding further riot and terroristic attack to China!

The topic is about China censoring the web. Not the FBI monitoring phone calls, which by the way I disagree with.

Nice red herring, though.
