Japanese General Iwane Matsui rescued a Chinese girl baby from Nanking, adopted her, and raised her as his own daughter, Matsuko. Matsui also ordered his troops to desist from random rape and issued Japanese army rations to the Chinese. The distribution was photographed, the Chinese people are smiling and laughing, and the receipts and thank-you notes exist. Cut to last year, when Yue Yue, a cute Chinese girl baby, was run over twice by Chinese drivers and ignored by 15 Chinese pedestrians while she lay moving and bleeding on the street. Her mother rescued her and got hysterical and nobody else cared. If you were an outsider and knew both these stories toe be photographed and actual, which side would you trust to tell the truth about rape and murder stories -- Japan or China?

PS: I assure you that 10 million Americans did NOT vanish during the Great Depression -- you must mean Russians.

Pearl Harbor happened because an American traitor named Harry Dexter White, a Soviet agent since the 1930s, was ordered to trigger a war between the United States and Japan so that Russia would have a free hand in Asia. White got caught in 1948 and committed suicide, then had his body cremated to avoid an autopshy. The Japanese had an offer on the table to pull out of China -- the Chinese put up a better fight than the Japanese expected and thye knew the best they could hope for as a stalemate -- but White made absolutely sure that Japan and America went to war. PS: Who murdered more helpless Chinese: Mao, Chiang, or Hirohito? All three of them murdered people, but who murdered the most?.

The Rape of Nanking
As the Central China Expeditionary Force under command of MATSUI approached the city of Nanking in early December 1937,, over one-half of its one million inhabitants and all but a few neutrals who remained behind to organize an International Safety Zone, fled from the city. the Chinese Army retreated, leaving approximately 50,000 troops behind to defend the city. As the Japanese forces stormed the South Gate on the night of 12 December 1937, most of the remaining 50,000 troops escaped through the North and West Gates of the city. Nearly all the Chinese soldiers had evacuated the city or had abandoned their arms and uniforms and sought refuge in the International Safety Zone, and all resistance had ceased as the Japanese Army entered the city on the morning of 13 December 1937. The Japanese soldiers swarmed over the city and committed various atrocities. According to one of the eyewitnesses, they were let loose like a barbarian horde to desecrate the city. It was said by eyewitnesses that the city appeared to have fallen into the hands of the Japanese as captured prey, that it had not merely been taken in organized warfare, and that the members of the victorious Japanese Army had set upon the prize to committee unlimited violence. Individual soldiers and small groups of two of three roamed over the city murdering, raping, looting, and burning. there was no discipline whatever. Many soldiers were drunk. Solders went through the streets indiscriminately killing Chinese men, women and children without apparent provocation or excuse until in places the streets and alleys were littered with the bodies of their victims. According to another witness, Chinese were hunted like rabbits, everyone seen to move was shot. At least 12,000 non-combatant Chinese men, women and children met their deaths in these indiscriminate killings during the first tow or three days of the Japanese occupation of the city.
There were many cases of rape. Death was a frequently penalty for the slightest resistance on the part of a civtion [sic] or the members of her family who sought to protect her. Even girls of tender years and old women were raped in large numbers throughout the city, and many cases of abnormal and sadistic behaviour in connection with these rapings occurred. Many women were killed after the act and their bodies mutilated. Approximately 20,000 cases of rape occurred within the city during the first month of the occupation.

It is interesting you mentioned 2 Japanese names.
The first one, Hideki Tojo was sentenced to death as a Class-A war crimal by the International Military Tribunal of the Far East. He started out as a general of the Japanese Imperial Army stationed in Manchuria. Later he became War Minister and was responsible for expanding the invasion of China, French Indo-China, British Hong Kong, Dutch Indonesia and the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Later he doubled up his duty as Prime Minister. After a failed suicide attempt, he was captured and executed in 1948. Today he is one of those enshrined at the controversial Yasukuni Shrine.
I would not be surprised that a lot of people would like to write his name on a piece of paper, spit and piss on it.
The second one, Shiro Ishii was also a war criminal, but got away with murder. He was a lieutenant general of the Imperial Japanese Army in charge of biological and chemical warfare experiments in Manchuria, using Chinese civilians and POW as human test subjects. At the end of the war, US made a deal with Japan to spare the life and the position of the Japanese Emporor. In exchange, Japan shared the biological and chemical warfare human experiment results with US. Shiro Ishii was never charged with war crime. He later moved to Maryland to help US conduct research in biological weapons.
I hope we all can learn from history so that this chapter of history will not happen again anywhere in the world.

Judge Palo said that some Japanese were "fiendish and devilish" war criminals but that the Nanking numbers were exaggerated to cover American air raid casualties inflicted on Japan when the war was virtually over, and that the Hull Note (November 26, 1941) would have triggered an attack if it had been delivered to Monaco or Luxemburg? Oh, that's right -- Judge Pal's book has never been printed in the U.S. or the U.K. Face it -- a Communist named Harry Dexter White used China to lure the United States into a war with Japan because the NKVD told him to. Herbert Romerstein, Jerrold Schechter, and John Koster have all written about this citing official documents -- including White's own state papers quoted by Koster in "Operation Snow." Important to note -- before White got his orders from the Soviet Union, the U.S. was so unimpressed by Japanese atrocities -- some real, some fake -- that they went right on selling aircraft, scrap metal and oil to Japan as if the war in China wasn't even happening....

News in UK actually shows shots and fires at the time in Beijing plus hospitals. You can't fake that.

Chinese are so extreme that in Beijing my Chinese teacher was telling me she had a big argument with her boyfriend about the Great Helmsman, Mao Ze Dong.

She loved Mao.
