Cambodian troops for Africa
CAMBODIA will contribute troops to UN peacekeeping forces in Chad and the Central African Republic, marking the poor Southeast Asian country's second military mission abroad in three years, the prime minister said on Tuesday.

It deos not matter, Cambodia is part of UN. If it is requested, she has to send her troops there part of international obligation. Work or not, it is a good thing to do. Only countries that are not part of UN can deny that. Well, countryless people know nothing about countries anyway.
