I see a cycle of exploitation. He who came here 3 yrs ago, exploiting he who came here 3 months ago. How? By sponsorship Visas, extortion, and International Blackmail.

They pay the newbies below minimum wage, and dangle in front of them a citizenship Card . Once his "Slave-Term" of 5yrs (the time it takes to be a citizen) is up, he becomes a Citizen and can sponsor a new Slave who he will intern exploit.
