CAN IT BE THAT THE WITHE MAN GIVE WITH THE RIGTH AND TAKES WITH THE LEFT? IF TRUELY THOSE COUNTRIES THAT GAVE CAMEROON THIS MONEY WHERE NOT HAPPY WITH IT, THEY WOULD HAVE STOPED HIM EVER SINCE. BIYA IS TRYING HIS BEST TO BE A GOOD SAVANCE TO THE WHITE MAN (FRANCE). THE DAY HE STOPS INVESTING IN THE WHITE MAN'S LAND, HE WILL BE DETROND. AFTER ALL HE WAS PLACE THERE BY FRANCE.
