what kind of regions is he talking about? what will be the difference if the regions still remain 10 just like the provinces? a better idea would have been joining together the northern provinces as a region called the north, the south, east and centre provinces as the south-east, and the littoral, west, northwest and southwest provinces as the west. he ought to be ashamed for using a new name "region" for his segregational policies rendering the country helpless.

"Go for befor, for back; chop moni." From a province to a region are we regressing or progressing in this OUR Cameroon? Someone help! If we are progressing, where are we then headed for? Politics must be a very DIRTY GAME especially when you have run out of steam / ideas/ etc.

I am more confused than i was when i learnt that the number of ministries in Cameroon, a country with a bit less than 19 million people has something around the vicinity of 55 ministries...
Provinces...
regions... mmmhhh, sounds...sounds....like frustration, but smells like the end of a great drama.

What sins have Cameroonians commited to receive this type of punishment? Is Satan using his agent (Biya) to destroy a peace-loving Cameroon?
Is Satan angry that Cameroon is not at war so he can get FREE blood? Paul Biya is an agent of Satan and he must be cast to hell to meet his master.

President Paul Biya needs to repent and seek Jesus to save him from his evil ways. Making regions is the most stupid thing B iya has ever done in all his years. Governors shoukd be elected. The world does not see it? Biya like many african leaders are fake democarcy they are truly dictators hiding under the false pretense of democracy. Shame ! Cameroon like most of Africa suffers because of the evil of the leaders and sins of the people. Its time for change like Obama. African youth need to rise up and seek after righteousness to make our various nations peaceful and better to live in. Biya has been there since 1982?and the country has to get money from all these western nations and the world bank just to put it in the pockets of corrupt government officials. Cameroon so rich in natural resources yet some people don't have clean drinking water or electricity, were because of extreme poverty and corruption people enter into 419? May God have mercy on Cameroon. May Cameroon unite both French and English citizens and make the nation truly bilingual with economic prosperity for all. One day by the grace of God I would like to be the future President of Cameroon and bring true economical development, hope and justice for the marginalization of the Anglophones, clean water, free primary education, national health care program and wealth and job creation for all and investing in the proper development of young people.

When a friend of mine sent me this sad news, Ithought it was April fool but my calendar told me it was not. What is this man trying to do? I think Biya is suffering from old age. We need a younger blood to pilot the Cameroon boat. Like a chameleon, Bya takes two steps forward and the same backward and most of the time, more steps backward. He is playing with words but he forgets that when the drum changes rhythm, dancers have to change their dance steps. W e are in the twenty first century and he should not bring us back to the 20th century.

It is very interesting reading all these comments. We all know how Biya manipulates the constitution, sends it to his cronies in parliament who all have sold their soal for personal gains, gets whatever he wants approved and signs it into law. A cross section of Cameroonians are very naive and uninformed about the constitution and its implication in governing a people. What have Cameroonians done to help themselves. We can post all the comments we want, but we need to inform and educate ourselves and the a cross section of us who sit and wait for a miracle to happen, and for change to come to Cameroon. Only Cameroonans as a people can bring about this change. the international community Can not institute it for us unless it is to their benefit. If we really need change we have to step up and give up this layed back attitude. God can only help those who help themselves.

you are perfectly right in your comment; but the truth is enshrined in God's own words. "There is a time for everything, and a season for every happening under heavens" (Eccl 3:1) I beleive the time of Biya has come, and parallel to that the time of the Church of Cameroon has come. As a Church we have stayed aloof for too long, beleiving that our calling and election as God's children had nothing to do with the political and economic train of our father land; but this ideology is changing. It is high time we take the Ark of God's covenant into the corridors of power in this Nation. occultism has ruled Cameroon for so many decades, and it is time we give God a chance for a certain future. Biya may have passed a decree, but let me remind us that we have the power to order him to pass a new one in correcting his mistakes of the pass. He owe this Nation a lot and God can compel him to pay. I intend to organise a three days of National prayer and fasting, so that in one heart and accord we as God's children can stand against the "Mr Biya for Biya decree" and command a new decree which will be going to fusther the people's interests, liberty and right to life. such a move, we beleive can only be possible if we succeed to sell this vision to the entire Church of Cameroon. We need finances, to tour round the nation and carry out discretely a sensitization Campaign in the Churches, and through the Churches to the communities, so that a massive movement of prayer worriors can be born. If you have faith in God then we need you to support us so that we can develop this broadbase of freedom fighters. The Church is a Spiritual and physical force to reckon with...
"Change we must beleive in..."
Please disseminate this information as widely as you can. and be blessed for standing out for change. America had Martin Luther King Junior, India had Ghandi, South Africa had Nelson Mandela. I want to lay my life for Cameroon. I need you support...

This Dracula from Mvomeka thinks cameroonians(NW&SW)foolish . We Ambazonians are asking for a federal system. This primitive ape from the south is talking of decentralization. Old wine in a new bottle ( Pronces to Regions)
We want a return to the two state federation before that was before that shameful thing Ahidjo did on the 20 of May 1972.
Normally this particular date should be a of fasting (No Southern Cameroonian should eat on that day).Only water drinking and sit ins. That is what I have been doing since 1986(When I became of age to understand the meaning of this (National day?).He should accept the constitution written by Dr Anyangwe,Munzu,Elad, etc.

To: Bessong Tambi

Please can you give me 5 reasons for which the two state federation system will be useful to NW and SW and to the whole Cameroon.

I am afraid this is not the best way to change or build Cameroon. The problem is not the structure of the country but the way in which it is leaded.
And, to fight against it, Unity reamins one of the most important mean.
Your view is taking us not far from what happened in Rwanda and Burundi

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Taurus

Someone isn't mucking about today, and if they're annoyed about something they'll come right out with it. This means you could be on the receiving end of some zingers, but equally it means that you'll be giving as good as you get. Now, although it will be very tempting to let off steam by giving someone an earful, aren't there better directions in which to channel your energy?
