Narcocapitalism, an extension of economic theory is the current model of states such as Mexico, Miami, California, Colombia, where democracy is no longer at play but narcotrafficking, as such has benefited greatly from neoliberalism policy of open markets systems. Evo Morales rightly so,would be far away from this sphere of influence, and so is Venezuela. A democracy under the cloud of narcocapitalism is no democracy, it is worse than a dictatorship, a true narcostate, colombia or mexico style.
