THIMPHU: Nobel laureate certifies Bhutan rupee crunch 'not a crisis'

The word "crisis" to describe the current issue of rupee crunch Bhutan was faced with, Professor Joseph Stiglitz said, was a "misnomer". That confirmation, coming from an economist, a Nobel laureate and a professor at Columbia University in the US, came as a breather.
