A man who is wanted in Inglewood for allegedly molesting two children fled to his native Belize, but was arrested by local officials who plan to return him to the U.S., police said Saturday.

If when you say "this" you mean this case, I know only what I'm reading here.That is why I said "if". As far as the definition of "allegedly" it's from a dictionary. If by "this" you mean do I have any personal experience with false allegations by a former lover, that's a much longer story.
