they say the guys name is clarence jackson on his myspace he says he is from san antonio, tx however he has alot of friends from chicago ill. It is very unfortunate what he did!! He took those innocent lives. He should have never been able to carry a weapon under his mental state!! Where is his family???

Clarence was my best friend and he is from chicago. I would never think that would happen with him. We grew up together and our mothers were best friends. You dont even imagine how this affects our familis. Please pray for them. Thank you

It is a shame how there is two sides to every story and only one gets the glory. The media makes it seem like the girls did nothing wrong when that is so untrue. Noone deserves to die however, kharma will catch you in the end, and when it what goes around comes around it might be stronger than it was when it was sent.

To the anonymous person in Mobile, AL do you really need to ask where his parents are? He was over seas in a forein country, doing what alot of grown ass men are afraid to do.Before you go condimming anyone get the whole story.I feel sorry for all those envolved with this tragic story.May those who have lost there lives rest in peace.

I'm not trying to 'candy coat' anything anyone did on that military base. I have a parent who is in the higher areas of the security in Manama Bahrain...believe me...this was 110% unpredictable and no one knew this was going to happen...there where actually alot of things that could have been done on the girls part to prevent this from happening...no one knows all the details, so don't you think you should not make brash and hurtful comments about anyone involved unless you know the trust...then again everyone involved is either deceased or incapacitated...so I guess we'll never know.

this guy killed my friend. i feel bad for this guys family and friends because they are suffering too. all and all it is a sad situation

I knew all 3 very well one better than the others. Everyone is going to have there opinions. But no one knows what was going on in Jacks mind at the time or the night before. If we did dont you think we would have stopped it !!!!! What everyone should do is pray for all 3 families that they find comfort and peace. Not a day goes by that I dont think of my friend. I still hurt from it, but I learned you have to find comfort in something to help outweigh the tragedy.

Missing Ana, i know how you feel. I knew Anamarie too. She was my cousin. It's almost been two years and I still find it a shock. The last time I talked to her was before she went to Bahrain. I don't think she deserved what happened as well. It's not because she is my cousin but just because she was a wonderful person. I've read some posts about people saying things about the situation, but what can you do..nothing, right? We know who Ana really was so no matter what people say keep the Ana you know in your heart. People will talk no matter what happens and whatever the story is..someone will always talk. Pray for all who were involved in this tragedy, especially the families because I know my Aunt is still having a hard time with it. Take Care. God Bless.

I was a classmate of Clarences we even went out a couple of times. He was loud, funny, and an all around decent individual to be around. Our senior year all Clarence talked about was going to the service, how he couldnt wait to graduate and get boot camp out of the way... he seemed happy. Graduation night "MAY 06" was the last time I saw Clarence, and the Clarence from senior year is the Clarence I remember, he wasnt a person to do something like this, something had to happen, Im not saying the young women did something to deserve such a death but something devastating had to occur, this is mind boggling
