This is most decidedly NOT TRUE. Hitler knew almost nothing about military tactics and uses of weapons and there are tons of documented proof of it, noted by any German officer of the time. Germany was (and probably still is) an industrial wizard but Hitler himself (an Austrian, not German, by the way) was not knowledgeable on the subject of industry or military tactics.

Watch almost any documentary film about Hitler during his time as Führer and you will see that German military officers despised Hitler's lack of military knowledge. The fact that Germany lost WW II is due (by almost every account) to Hitler's meddling in military affairs. If not for that, Germany would probably have won the war.

Hitler did not know how to issue orders or how to relate to his generals, thus causing chaos in the ranks and eventually destroying any initiatives the higher ranking officers could have contributed.

Remember too that the assasination plans against Hitler by the military (such as General Stauffenberg) were made not because they thought that Germany was wrong but because they felt that they could win the war without Hitler's incompetence, thwarting their professional wisdom and endeavours.

Our Viking ancestors are part of our HISTORY. We are civilized today. We haven’t been to war (as a nation) since we fought against Napolean. We are proud of that. That "nutball" is Norwegian, not Swedish. Shall I quote the murder-mayhem crime rate in Mexico and attribute it to the U.S.? Plus, as far as I know, it is the only such crime in Norway's history.
