YNFARB. I'd have to dispute those figures, Rex. Living in South Korea I heard stats saying SK is about 50% Christian from a nothing start only 50 or so years ago. Confucianism isn't neccessarily a religious practice, so having confucianist ideals, is not at all contradictory to being Christian. Those who are Christian DO proselytise very strongly. It was a bunch of SK missionaries who got themselves captured in Afghanistan last year, I think, and they god bother on the streets and with door knocks constantly.

I haven't talked up life in Israel, which frankly often a life and death struggle. A lot of other immigrants don't start boasting about their home countries. I know a lot of Chinese who won't say too many good things about back home. A lot of Europeans as well.

The whites wining most about about Indian immigrants on these forums. See the opening post? Anyway, I don't whine, and all the immigrants I know don't whine. And no one I know actually hates whites. A few might be a bit weary of them, and some new immigrants are uncomfortable around whites. All immigrants just come over for economic and job opportunities.

YNFARB. What's your point? I was talking about India. The Indians don't want Christians to convert all Hindus. The Hindus don't try to convert anyone. I know from personal experience. Many Hindus don't like Christians because they are always trying to convert everyone.(Most Hindus don't HATE Christians, though.)

"Cheers (I believe that's what Australians say)" 'Cheers' is an English expression, not Australian, although we do say it from time to time.
