Because governments especially the states have made it so costly with the taxes and added expenses on building a new home....they don't want people in this country to own property because it means new costly infrastructure.....this government especially WA are more intent on using this money to cover the 3000 million dollar energy debarcle by their own energy minister....you will see pensioners, those out of work, and new home owners foot the bill for this governments mistakes...the other states need to drop all the added taxes and fees to make this a possibility for those wanting to enter the housing market and put big money into paying for more desperately needed public housing....

LMFAO

Reading rage-filled tirades from Swedes with English language difficulties always gets the laugh bag opened up.

Maybe someone scratched his ABBA record or his Saab.

The main advantage in putting money down on a house is that it reduces the actual mortgage that a borrower needs to complete the purchase.

A-homo would rather live in Perth on the dole and hope his lucky number comes up for public housing and free dental care rather than get his hands dirty earning big money on offer from mining companies.

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Taurus

Try hard not to let money or possessions come between you and a friend today, unless it's over something that has got to be sorted out before it goes any further. For instance, if someone owes you money and has consistently failed to pay it back, this is a good day for mentioning it to them and finding out what's going on. If necessary, you may have to be quite vehement.
