Angola: President Dos Santos Gives Assurance About Bio-Diesel, Ethanol Production

hello mr president jose eduardo dos santos with all my respect i am writing you this message just to tell you about the lebanese people who are destroying the country angola and nobody is paying attention for the country angola some of the lebanease people know many people in the goverment of angola and do what ever they need like buying diamond and take it out of angola through the aeoroport and there are some libanese guys who make them selves they like angola they are lieres and i know some of them who where there in angola since 1996 and they are now a member in the defa and the mpla and who have the right to go out angola and enter angola without papers or without visas this people are lieing to the goverment of angola and the people of angola so to let them dont thief the country you the goverment of angola must let every libanese people get out of angola and luanda without expection every body who is not the origin of angola and he is the origin of lebanon must be out of angola because they are buying diamond in theire houses and send it to belguim to sell it and buy with it weapons so every body out he must be an origin of angola to let him rest in angola if no let him out

what is the president of angola waiting to put out all the lebanese people they are destroying the country there are some of the lebanese guys who have the conection with the goverment who enter to angola for only one to two months and ten rest out of angola for six months and then enter so please mr the president you have to pay attention of this people a lebanese guy who is not the origin of angola must be out even if he have the right tom stay or he have connection with the goverment

I do not understand why Dos Santos made such declaration! Can he ask his conscience about angolan abilities and capacities of producing ethanol. With what? how and what about the technology? If powerfull countries are struggling to produce it and knowing also that's directly links with famine in this world. Thank you.
