Wisner urges Kosovo's people to look to the future

It is a superb irony to see US diplomat Frank Wisner talking about Kosovo and its Albanian ethnic majority in the year 2006. Fifty-five years ago or so, his father, Frank Wisner the elder was directing Albanian exiles, including some led by Kosovar Said Kryeziu, in what turned out to be a failed effort to dump Albanian Communist Enver Hoxha. Now, of course, Albania is a strong American ally in its west Asian wars, and Kosovo is on the brink of perhaps becoming the independent state that Xhafer Deva claimed to want.

yeah...it's a sickening feeling to know that that will be the future of Kosovo...

I think Milosovic should have dealt with Kosovo first. I would'nt like it at all if I had Muslim bastards coming to my country & doing the things them scum have done to Kosovo region.

I promise all you guys that no Kosovan Albanian will ever be allowed to live here in Ulster.

I don't understand how serbs have a face to talk about Kosova albanians when they clearly are butchers and barbarians. I know that serbs that had anything to do with Kosovo will burn in hell. When Kosovo gets its independence they are going to pay for everything that they have done, they will get what they deserve one way or another.

The UK Supports Kosovo’s independence, but at least their history books are accurate.
