3,000 SADF against 55,000 Cubans.

We still had 500,000 thousand in reserve, but we knew that 3,000 would be enough.

No,the PLAN fighters were up your asses from the 60s and attacking your bases way before the cubans,we got in Angola in 1975 when they got their independance from there on the Cubans decided to join in because UNITA was also on your side funded by the USA and complicating things,which was acceptable considering that we were basically fighting the SADF and UNITA...

Are you talking about Angola.
because if you are, the Cubans consistantly failed to take Unita's base, even after the war ended they still had not managed to conquer it.

And of course the Cubans were sposored by the USSR. Before the Cubans arrived, going to the border was like a holiday.

Actually even after they arrived, it was pretty relaxing.

It was a low intensity war. So low that it can't really be described as a war, more as skirmishes.
