Does this surprise anyone??? The entire war against Libya, its rightful government and citizens was instigated by the america government and israel so a puppet government could be installed that would allow the theft of the vast amount of Libyan oil. This was also done to allow the terrorist group africom to advance in africa. The question is why are the people behind the Libyan war not on trial or hung??? Like bernard henri levi for example????

I'm missing balanced reporting here. The guy says 20 people where murdered by rogue brigades since the fall of the Gaddhafi regime and this makes the human rights situation worse then before. So 20 murders are worse then the thousands of murders under Gaddhafi? Some how it doesn't make sense.

You are the one making no sense... there werent "thousands of murders" in Jamahyria... There were thousands of deaths - both sides - in a rebellion involving Al Qaeda members in Abu Salim Prison... Less than the number of civilians NATO killed "helping Libya".

Your hypocrisy make me sick: in Mazar-e-Sharif,Afghanistan 2001, the barbaric imperialist forces of USA and England killed more than 500 Taliban prisoners - we remember Abu Ghraib, we know the reasons that led those prisoners to revolt! And your imperialist forces killed them all. So, stop to annoying us with your propaganda and vague charges about "thousands of murders".

LIBYA WAS THE 43ļ HUMAN DEVELOPMENT INDEX COUNTRY UNDER JAMAHYRIA, NOW IT IS ONLY 64ļ, AND IT IS EXPECT TO LOST MORE 10 POSITION - SO, SHUT UP, BEAST.

The guy specifically mentioned just 20 cases. To be fair though he probably means documented cases. I guess there will be a couple of hundred such cases that have not been documented.

But still these numbers pale in comparison to the tens of thousands of murdered prisoners at the hands of Gaddhafi's henchmen.

The aids test was at just one check point and it was straight away taken back.

Lol! So you think itís all right to off handily massacre a few thousands people because someone alleged that they might be Al Qeada members, but lynching a few black African mercenaries for shooting down innocent Libyan women and children in the streets is an atrocity because some might be innocent immigrant workers. And you say Iím an hypocrite! Your hypocrisy here stinks right up to the sky!
Less than the number of civilians NATO killed "helping Libya".
So you think they killed less than the 37 that died of collateral in NATO bombings? Surly not.
Your hypocrisy make me sick: in Mazar-e-Sharif,Afghanistan 2001, the barbaric imperialist forces of USA and England killed more than 500 Taliban prisoners
I see, if Gaddhafi kills thousands of alleged Islamic extremists off handily itís okay, but if NATO does it in a legitimate response to the attack on the World Trade Center itís not. Just some more hypocrisy from you.
- we remember Abu Ghraib, we know the reasons that led those prisoners to revolt! And your imperialist forces killed them all. So, stop to annoying us with your propaganda and vague charges about "thousands of murders"
Thousands were murdered by Gaddhafiís henchmen for political reasons and you canít change that fact no matter what you say. Oh, and you havenít a clue what imperialism is so donít use the word.
LIBYA WAS THE 43ļ HUMAN DEVELOPMENT INDEX COUNTRY UNDER JAMAHYRIA, NOW IT IS ONLY 64ļ, AND IT IS EXPECT TO LOST MORE 10 POSITION - SO, SHUT UP, BEAST.
Sure; countries always fall after a civil war. Itís in the nature of war that people suffer. But they usually bounce back again after a time and Iím personally expecting Libya to climb far higher in the next few years than could ever have been possible with Gaddhafi.
BTW you were the one who a couple of weeks ago said anybody expecting elections to take place in Libya must be a moron. Well what do you say now, moron?

Very well said!!! The person behind the name ditto is just a propagandist of some sort tasked with spreading disinformation about Libya on all Libyan boards and this is obvious.Thankfully we can all research and learn that what he is posting is pure lies.

This entire post by you shows just how crazy you really are.Libya is in ruins and that is what was planned by the terrorist american israel controlled government and nato from the start. There was no civil war in Libya or Syria. There is a proxie war of terrorist funded and fueled by the american government and israel along with other puppet governments of these 2. The fact that the UN does not act to stop these war crimes just shows what a joke the UN is and always has been.

Sigh...

I guess there has to be always at least one angry troll on the forum trying to attract attention. As always with trolls, ignore him and he'll go away again.

I don't think one can really say for sure who all these victims were. Sure, the poor guy looks like a policeman but there are eye witness accounts of black mercenaries kitted out in police uniforms and driving around in police cars shooting down women and children in the streets.

I'm not saying all these lynchings were on mercenaries but it's a fair bet that many if not most were. The tragedy here is that definitely innocent people got caught up in it all by an angry crowd that in their blind rage could define only by skin colour.

I can only say what one of the Libyan posters on this forum reported in one of his comments, Psasy I think he calls himself. He said he actually saw such black "policemen" shooting at innocent bystanders in his home town. Eventually these guys were overwhelmed and found to be foreigners who could not speak Arabic, a language any Libyan would be able to speak. There have also been news reports of such policemen.

I'm not trying to excuse anything here. Nobody has the right to treat a human being like that. Even Gaddhafi should have been given his day in front of a judge. But the facts are that first the use of black foreign mercenaries against protesters turned these into an ugly blind mob bent on revenge and incapable of differentiating between innocent black migrant workers and foreign mercenaries. The mercenaries don't deserve pity, after all they came to kill Libyans for money. But the victim migrant workers, tragically they where the ones in the wrong place at the wrong time.
