I faced racism in Australia: surfer

I lived in Australia for about 3 years, I agree with the wrtiter.Imagine someone left very good job in his country, beloved people and paid a lot of money (could be his life savings) to migrate to the new dream land “Australia” and find himself facing a White Man Culture,which means "jobs are for white people only", and he has to accept that he is a 2nd level citizen all his life , people could smile at your face but hate you being there at your back .

For me, I went back to my own country after losing a lot of money in this journey , I loved and still love Australia as a very nice place to live in, but I couldn’t live there feeling I am not wanted for jobs or sometimes from some racists people, and sometimes I feel that in the media.
Put yourself in my shoes, I am educated as an Engineer and when I came to Australia I only found Taxi Driver as a job and when I came back to my country I could easily get an IT Project Manager with very good pay and work conditions, what do you think the reason of treatment difference in both countries ?.
At the end of the day, it is Australia who accepted other races to be there, so it is the government responsibility to encourage and teach people to live together in harmony, stop the media pickings on some races in Australia.

This story is so bogus as to be funny. Especially:

One of them came from my professor. "Indians can be good labours only... they can't become managers... like Red Indians."

This from a university professor. Pleeassee.

And I note this person has no problem promoting nationalism in India.

Seems like Indian racism is rampant - I declare it a major problem at a very grand level!

White Australians are racist coward losers, having worked with many nationalities in Australia, I have realised that how much racism and bigotry is embeded and amalgated in the psyche of average Australian. It's very difficult for an average Australian to adjust at work place with ethnic, especially if he/she is the boss. I can give you a example of a business own by an Chinese where most staff was white even the business manager, the staff use to bitch about and made fun of the boss and never respected him, and if he used to hire some ethnic as staff, they used to group together to isolate him and made false allegations against him to get rid off him.

They used to constantly bully and harass the ethnic staff, to establish their dominanence over them. It is called 'boongs' in white rednecks vocabulary, and accepted part of Aussie culture.

Many Chinese, Greeks and Italians who have had faced such sort of situations in the past, are now excluding these rednecks whites and only hiring there own race, to conduct business. Most people suffer severe racism if they are ethnic and working in a small business because somehow large corporations have better HR policies and anti-discrimination code of conduct.

Indians are new to the racist Aussie culture, and Aussies are most biased and racist towards Indians than any other culture. I have seen lot of Chinese, Greeks, Italians who accept racism as part of work place culture, as they are used to it, getting so much in school and universties.
