It is absolutely nothing to do with "equal rights and cultural tolerance" it is all about these people forcing their way of life on the general public by making a public manifestation. They can do whatever they like behind closed doors, but I do not want to see it in the streets

What are they doing in the streets?

I think homophobia is just part of
homosexuality. People who are just
blatantly homophobic are probably
gay themselves, still living in the
closet.

Heterosexuals expose their sexuality everyday, in public, why not starting by applying your own rule to the kind you are representing before pushing it onto the others?

I don't think Rigamax understands english well. He was much too accomodating; the protestors were correct to violently confront the nonsense:

Unrepentant hate? Supporting a productive social order is a true egalitarian goal.
Except that egalitarianism includes gays.

Hmmm -- seems you really are supporting terrorism.

That's right, it is. Looks like you still have something to learn about being productive.

I've seen many more straight unproductive people than gays that just sit on their ass all day doing nothing =/

actually, no it doesn't.

That's a corruption of egalitarian principles.

And, to note most accurately -- it would mean you wouldn't be around.

This has nothing to do with homophobia(which is SUCH a made up word...I don't fear homos, I DISAGREE with them! My husband and I don't walk around groping and pawing at each other. Likewise, I don't want to see two men go at it. I also don't want to have to explain to my children WHY two men are going at it when THAT is not even a part of their universe. Do what you like...at home. But don't push it on my family and say it's okay.
