So here's what you guys should do.

Fight them.

Don't wait for the U.S. to do it for you.
Do something on your own for a change.
It would be a historical moment.

Stop hiding behind Uncle Sams coattails, and try just this once to do something on your own instead of thinking you're entitled to have someone else fight your battles for you and pay for them.

If they feel that it will be necessary, they will. Why do you think Obama has been chatting with Benjamin Netanyahu? He'd rather Israel did not do this but he knows they might. Considering Ahmadinejad's continued comments on Israel; his movement on nuclear development and medium range missile tests (another successful test this week) Who, in their right mind, would not be ready to act?

.....and yes, they have done it before. Saddam Hussein's French built Osirak nuclear facility was trashed by Israel before it went active.

NOW the French and Germans are "concerned", because they will also soon be within range of Iranian nukes.
But, during the time that they heinously violated the U.N. sanctions against Iraq and made bookoo $$$$$,,,not so much.
Good to see the French sweating it for a change, and sucking up to the U.S. rather than thumbing their noses at us. Weasels!

Democrats usually get the war they hide from. A determined enemy is an opportunistic enemy. Hitler was a great example.

Iran just wants to join the club. It's more than half a century old technology, and any country with the capability and finances to develop a nuclear bargaining chip should have the right to do so. The Iranian leaders are smart enough to realize that it would be mutual destruction if they'd strike with such a weapon. No one seems to perceive much of a threat from the other club members, some of whom are scary. Let them do their thing, just keep an eye on them.

The thought of Iran with these missiles concerns me. I would love to do the "pc" thing and side with neither. Like sitting on a fence. Looks great sitting up there, but you need to pick a side of the fence and come down to get anything done.
Iran has NOT been a "friend" to the US nor much of the World. Israel has looked out for Israel-after the Hebrews History, frankly who can blame them.
My most concern is regarding fanatics and suicide bomber mentalities. When the leaders of Iran-the top officials-spout such hate, anger, and willingness (not just willingness, but DUTY) to kill non-muslim...
It causes me great concern.

You precede from a false assumption that Ahmadinejad subscribes to the idea of mutually assured destruction. The Cold War era of the USA vs. USSR hinged on the premise of self preservation. The Islamic Jihad mentality is not restricted by this.

Iran has a legal right to build a power station, which is exactly what it is building.
.....and you've come to this conclusion based on what? Blind faith? Why are a good portion of their nuclear facilities needlessly built underground? Unless, of course, they are trying to hide something from satellites. If they are simply typical power plant components, whats the big secret? I was shocked myself but, if Obama and CIA Director Panetta suspect Iran of building nuclear weapons then lets be honest here!

These ‘single minded’ leaders of radical nations never consider their people. Hopefully the election won’t be rigged and someone more ‘open minded’ will win the presidency. Staunch religious ideals are what keep tension and destruction alive in our world. Belief is one thing, fanaticism another.
