There is no meaning or value in learning kannada as kannada is as stupid as kannadigas. Idiotic language and people, which always followed tamil and tamils. Even now only when Tamils ask for something the kannadigas fight for the same - classical language, court language etc., BTW tamils have never killed civilians in the name of race or language which the so called calm kannadigas did in 1991, 1994 etc.,

Tamils are economic migrants, not refugees says Australia

The Coalition says the Australian Government should no longer grant refugee status to Tamils from Sri Lanka because the country's war is over.

Australian Leader Julie Bishop says many Tamil asylum seekers turn out to be economic migrants, not refugees.

She says Tamil asylum seekers should be deported before they get access to Australia 's legal system.

" Sri Lanka is already making a significant effort by preventing many boats from leaving their shores, however those who make it through should be the subject to an immediate arrangement to be transferred back to Sri Lanka without coming to Australia ," Ms Bishop said.

"There is an extremely high rejection rate for Tamil asylum seekers with the vast majority proving to be economic migrants.

Naturally colonials detest natives of any country and they hated Sinhalese, as the fought against them and refused to work under them in their grabbed lands.

Tamils took the advantage of the situation and submitted themselves as slaves and prostitutes to the colonials and in return colonials were more kind towards their loyal servants. That is how they became coolies in this country to help rule of colonials in this country. Sinhalese who didn’t submit themselves to colonials were discriminated in every respect, and they became subjects of colonials and their supporting Tamil coolies.

Rectifying this historical injustice was the thing cited by Tamils, as the cause of the LTTE. You all can demand for rights not for privileges,dear friends. You shouldn’t have expected privileges from Sinhalese you had from the colonials as a return for the service rendered to them. That was the root causes, not "Tamil grievances" incorrectly cited.

100% of the estate Tamils came as hired workers, true, and over 95% of the other Tamils also came here in the same process. Rest were the decedents of illegal Tamil immigrants, who invaded this country in the last part of the 19th century. There is no much difference between estate Tamils and other Tamils in Sri Lanka. They all came within a period of 400 years and over 90% came here withing a period of 200 years.
