Indonesia left in my country a cultural heritage of corruption and we had the bad examples of many NGOs in TL. But there is no evidence of corruption because actions were taken.

The big problem is that people haven’t been educated for citizenship. We need some time for people to learn to be mature and democratic participation.
We must build the institutions of the state and the people must learn to respect the state. Here, the Xanana gave a bad example and took the worst decision that a President could have. That is what gave origin to the disrespect of the institutions of the state and led to the crisis. This is what created the division.
At that time, Xanana should read his famous speech of reconciliation and show the people that we must respect the government first. The problems should have been solved in another way.
But who knows the history of Xanana and the history of its relationship with FRETILIN, easily concludes that Xanana wanted to be prime minister…
The rest of the story we already know… and Xanana managed to be prime minister at any cost and the timorese paid the price…

One thing, you need to update that "minority" in POSO, both side fought in significant equal number, both side suffer almost at a same number as well, and Indonsia official able to brought to justice and execute the person who responsible for it from both side as well, but still sadly, no high ranking individual has been brought to justice like 16 names said by Cornelis Tibo.
