He is going to plea insanity and get away with it!! He is probably insane but should face the max sentence for such a crime

Antonio, now this animal wants death. If that's what he really wants, I wouldn't give it to him. I'd make him suffer. I pray to God this monster sees the agony in poor Tim's face every night. Death penalty was abolished in Canada in 1976 after a deacde long debate about it.

Many Canadians want it back. I'm cautious about the death penalty EXCEPT in a case like this beheading, serial murder, first degree premeditated murder, child murder, or treason to your country.

I am with you nightflyer. I was just talking nonsense, I do support the DPw/DNR!! LOL I just read a very disturbing article about this horrendous crime. Geeeez! I wonder if Tim's loved ones are reading these articles. The details are so gory!! I can imagine it would be so painful for these folks to read or hear about what really took place. It is just like a horror movie, and I hate horror movies! These poor folks bless their hearts! Well why didn't he kill himself to begin with? instead of killing some poor innocent kid?

I was all for the death penalty for this animal, but since he now wants the easy way out then he should spend the rest of his life in solitary confinement. That would be real punishment. He is asking to now be killed as he can't live with the guilt...

That's why I said I'm cautious. I do believe in it with first degree premeditated murder, however, I'm still cautious about it.

You don't have to remind me about David Milgaard or Steven Truscott. I can also remind you about Wayne Johnston, Randy Druken, Ron Dalton, Greg Parsons, Romeo Phillion, etc...

I can also tell you about********** a name I won't mentioned on topix. A very very close friend of mine who was falsely accused of a crime, not murder, but an accusation that ruined his life and reputation. 4yrs of court etc etc etc..where finally the Supreme Court of his province stated they couldn't believe such trash even made it to court in the first place and local prosecutors and cops should be ashamed of themselves!!!

You never heard about him because only high profile, media circus wrongful murder cases get heard.

I know A LOT about wrongful convictions in this country.

However,no matter what I witnessed and experienced, I still feel some people deserve to be put to death instead of tax dollars feeding them.

Yes, it should. But lets hope lawyers and the system don't "milk it". He's mental enough and capable of getting on a bus and deciding to kill someone.

Here's a good idea. Under law, an immigrant who commits a serious crime within a certain time limit can have their citizenship revoked, SO send his arse back to China. let them deal with him.

Exactly Steve! I, like you,wanted this animal put out of his misery, but now that he is pleading for death, by God, let him live with it for the rest of his miserable life. He cannot get the DP, because Canada has no DP. Well, all we can say is he is going to wake up every day hearing Tim's agonizing screams, seeing the fear and pain on Tim's face.
