You are obviously NOT Uncle Sam. We are there because we don't want them here in our back yard. If the bunny huggers would come back to reality, we could have enough oil because there's plenty in the USA. Do you even remember 9-11? Do you want more of the same? Wake up dci!

IRAQ did not attack us on 9/11. How many times does this have to be stated?

"We are fighting them over there so we don't have to fight them over here."

That's got to be one of the dumbest statements a politician ever came up with. Our borders are wide open. Illegal aliens can get here, but you believe terrorists can't?

I said 10 years. I agree with Oh please, and Uncle Sam. It's all for the oil, and to be honest... what's wrong with that.

So you think the occupation of Iraq is stopping the geological phenomena of continental drift and that it would bring Iraq into the gulf of Mexico over the next 300 million years?

Interesting theory.

Now I see why you prefer a troop presence there for 300 million years.

Iraq is another Viet Nam. Our sons and daughters are dying over there and in the end the people there will be the same as when we went in. Maybe Suddam needed overthrown, it was not our job to do it.At least this generation of soldiers are not coming home to the cries of baby killer. We need to bring them home to protect our own borders.

Well, one of my former students called from Mosul the other day. He said he loves it over there and enjoys helping the people. Another student who just returned after serving as a Seabee said they are very appreciative of his unit building two hospitals and four schools. His unit accomplished more than any seabee unit since WWII. Where's all this on the news?????????

New Tide's Got it right! Most people today are just so stuck in their own pathetic lives that they don't take the time to see the truth. Maybe after a nuke takes out New York or LA (hopefully San Fran) people will begin to open their eyes.

I think they should have only been a few days. Took the place over and there would not have been so many dead Americans. God bless Amercia. Thanks to all the troops that have served this country.

I couldn't agree, sounds like you're one of them. One of the ones who's got his head so far up his rectum. I wouldn't put it past the bush crime family to nuke an American city to stay in power. But your wrong about Frisco, he'll probably take out DC to cover his tracks.
