Problems with e.Coli Bacteria in Restaurants

There are problems with health issues in restaurants with e.Coli bacteria which are not easy to discuss. Much of the PC’ness of our society prevents us from open discussions in such topics. One problem we are seeing is as restaurants and establishments which prepare food is that they often opt for the thinnest and least expensive toilet paper and thus employees and patrons use toilet paper which is too small, too thin and perforated so very little is used. This causes fingers to poke thru and extremities to get on hands as they slip off the paper. This problem in itself is not the worst problem, the real problem is coupled with the fact that people are taking less responsibility for their actions and not washing their hands with hot water. In many restaurants immigrant food preparer workers who are without the cultural norm to wash hands after using the rest room with soap and water will inadvertently spread the bacteria.

I have no problem with immigrants wanting to come to the US, however, there are steps to take and laws to follow first.

Breathalyzer for TB and Hepatitis Needed at Border

One of the latest technology advances in innovation for disease control is a device, which is similar to a Breathalyzer. It is truly amazing what entrepreneurs can come up with when the mother of invention remains mankind’s greatest motivator. There are some issues with such equipment, in that how do you test people with out infecting those being tested when the others who were tested might have had the disease and contaminated equipment? We have outlined some ideas on how to do this without infecting those who work with the INS, Border Patrol or in DHS.

First of all we know how serious this is in the United States as we see problems with migrant workers who have TB or Hepatitis or any number of other serious diseases entering our country each year either on work visas or illegally. This problem is only going to get worse, as illegal aliens are working in our restaurants and at the fast food quick service establishments. These individuals are picking produce and working in places which process food. Much of our produce comes from Mexico and some of the trucks used to haul it to the US are also used by those who are hauling illegal aliens into the country on the off hours, it is a huge problem. In Arizona one third of the people in prison are illegal aliens and they have a terrible time with such outbreaks.

If we can keep people from sneaking into the country and require everyone to come over the border at a checkpoint we can institute the use of this device. One of the qualifications to come into our country will be that you are disease free. No HIV, STDs, TB or Hepatitis. There would be a screening fee of $40.00 and a documentation and background check and required shots fee along with DNA sample, which would be recorded onto your Picture Permit with RFID Tag. If you are caught without it, you will be deported, upon deportation your DNA sample will be run and put on the do not enter list for your lifetime. By doing this we can keep the diseases out as well as the International Terrorists.

The Hepatitis and TB screening would be prior to entry to the next round of checks, those testing positive for disease will not be allowed into the country and a sample DNA will be taken and put on the restricted list. As the humans enter the screening area a small tube will come out of the wall they will be given a mouthpiece to blow into. Once they are completed the hose will be cut and 2 inches will be taken off the length, it will be thrown in a bio-waste chute at the end of the hallway, one person allowed in the open-air hallway at a time. Then the subject will proceed to where either they are allowed to the next area for processing or out the other door into their former country. Simple really.

The risks are too great to allow migrant workers and/or illegal aliens into our country who will later work in food services or be within close proximity of other while standing in lines at the USPS, Department of Motor Vehicles or work in highly congested areas while carrying such diseases.

This is our big opportunity. Don't let him back into this country.

For non-US Citizens;

Here is an idea which came out of one of our recent thinking groups which seems to be appropriate. First we seal off the borders and only allow crossing thru certain border check points. Robots patrol, if they see you they warn you to stop and go back in Spanish, then warn one more time. Then shoot non-lethal shot. If the perp continues to the next zone, they are warned to go back twice and then if they continue they are shot dead. Running persons in reverse direction and back the country can continue without hassle as long as they keep moving.

The person coming over the border into our country must go thru approved points of entry and must have an RFID Card or implanted Chip. Which has all their information on it, including name, dates of shots and last check up, job and regional location where they will be, basic humanly identifiers such as: Finger Prints, Facial Recognition, DNA sample, retna scan. Also encoded would be various other information.

If someone who is undocumented is caught without their card anywhere in the country, they are deported. If they committ a crime they are deported. Upon deportation a sample of DNA, retna scan and finger prints are taken and logged in. This person can never come back to the US and is barred from lifetime re-entry. Anyone caught with an RFID Chip which is forged is sent back. Anyone caught with someone else's card is sent out of the county and card confiscated and barred from liftime re-entry after they work off thier fees they were suppose to pay in the first place as listed below.

To get an RFID Card or chip, you must have shots against known diseases, no criminal record, a skill, and $500.00 on person if going to work.$100.00 on person if going to shop. You must also pay if you donot have shots $60.00 to get shots and $155.00 for the Card or $50.00 for the Chip which goes under the skin.

Card is good for 2 years. A new card must be attained and another fee of $155.00 or $50.00 (implant version RFID) is paid, with updated information.

These tags ping the satellite on Fri, Sat, Sun nights and on Wednesday, with random variations during the week days sometimes Mon, sometimes Thurs, sometimes Fri, sometimes Tuesdays.

Once a person has a card they may come and go as they please provided they have $100.00 on person, ATM Card or credit card balance with them.

The reason being if you have no money, then you might have to do something illegal on the way to where you are going to work. If you are going to shop you will need funds or you cannot come to the country. The fees can be paid by someone else, such as a sponsor. If paid by someone else that person is guarantee ther will be no criminal activity for 3 months (90 Days) if there is a fine of $10,000 goes to that person which must be paid before any Government Services are rendered to them. This includes, health care, social security, etc.

Businesses can sponsor workers too, the company is then liable for the $10,000 catch and release across border fee, which must be paid. This way businesses will try to hire locals first, if not the cross border workforce will be considered second.

There are 35% Illegal aliens in CA and AZ prisons. For every year one of these people is there, we could send six young men or women to a University for that same year. Crime has a rippling effect on our economy and economic development.

This system satisfies the need for Mexicans shopping here and helps bring back the money flowing out of the country into Mexico for various things.

If a person makes it without any major law violations for 4 consecutive terms of RFID Tag 2 year programs or (8-years). They can become a US Citizen.

If they lose their job, they must replace it within 4 weeks and notify the system or join the military or surrender card and go back. Failure to do this means deportation.

IF...? We are really serious about Homeland Security then we must do something about the borders, if we are simply using this for another reason, then there is no reason for a border at all, because it leaks like a garden hose on full blast during a drought.

With an estimated 15 million illegal aliens in this country now, something must be done if we are serious, if not simply open up the borders and stop the cherade. The cost of illegal immigration is higher than we think along with the out of country money flows going back into Mexico.

Border Patrol Hiring and the Recent Political Talk

For those who have been studying the border issue and the recent remarks against the President of the United States of America George W. Bush it seems that indeed there is a little bit of hypocrisy brewing in this whole thing. Recently a border issue Blog reported some historical day in which the Clinton/Gore administration prevented 3,143 Border Patrol agents from being hired during their administration.

That will definitely be a thorn in the side for Hillary as she attempts a blood bath run for the White House as political sides draw their weapons for mortal combat. Now the AFL CIO is calling for worker visas for legal workers in a switch of heart and Hillary is a centrist running along side the middle ground and she is for tighter border security and echoes much of the President’s remarks on the safety and security of the American people.

And indeed and not to their credit or anyone's credit really but you know those border patrol agents are;

1.) Often not the brightest (IQ tests have shown);

2.) Often very sympathetic to illegals, as they have to hire Spanish speaking and thus are of the same ethnic origin, which is problematic and;

3.) Often a pretty dishonest bunch as far as personal ethics.(see recent FBI sting in AZ)

And although I cannot say that, I know it to be fact, as I have met enough of these Border Patrol Agents and I know what I am talking about it seems hiring more of them is not going to make our country any more safe from International Terrorists. And although I may not have been in favor of the Clinton votes back then, I can tell you that all law enforcement is having labor recruitment issues, so we should also consider that issue as well.

The answer to border security is not one of simply hiring more people or throwing money at a problem, we need a better plan and we need immediate if not sooner implementation. The American People deserve more than what they are getting on our nation’s borders.

What's even more interesting is first Mexico, then China, where will pale face go? I dont really see how your going to stop evolution with the chinese really start sending their numbers of people to the United States. And this will soon be happening.

Yao, indeed it is happening. Many fear that it could overwhelm our system and economic strength in some ways. Which is entirely possible giving the problem time to fester out, couple of decades, meanwhile China is the place to be or India in the coming decades.

Once China cleans up its environmental disaster, denounces its human rights violations, stops stealing proprietary rights and patents, stops selling weapons to nation states which support international terrorism, and about 16 other serious issues I should not get into here, then China will be a first world kick-butt nation right behind the United States of America, the greatest nation ever created in the history of the human species with a US Navy which puts the Zheng treasure fleet to shame even in comparing the time periods of then and now and the technologies of both periods.

If you go to San Franchisco or Southern CA, there are many Chinese illegal immigrants being brought over in shipping containers, some are sold as sex slaves and others are used for the cheapest of all labor, generally by more wealthy chinese who put them to work in sweat shop settings. You can check out the bay area some time of the cities 40 mile radius from Long Beach harbor and see it out in the open. Too bad so many wish to use their people in this way? But many coming from China do not have it much better there, these human rights abuses here are probably less than there.

Homeless in America are under 500,000 which is one-third of one percent. China has tested bio weapons on Peasants in the South Eastern Provinces. We give food to the homeless we do not kill them.

Katrina was the worst Hurricane or natural disaster in US History. Considering it took 18-hours to pass, before tropical storm force winds moved on, we did well and with I-10 out and the level of damage after the levees broke we did well only the media said we didn't and the Mayor with his chocolate city comments whined.

General Worldly perception is an issue of a World Media hit on the US sponsored by France and Germany, who both had ties to Saddam and monies owed to them and they did not want to take the financial hit, also some well-known politicians were involved in that shady oil for foods deal.

The United States of America is the greatest single country ever created in the history of the human race, which is not saying much if you compare it to Red China, which degradates people, censors the Internet and sells WMD platforms to Iran who wants to blow Israel off the map. So don't give me any lip service. The US is great and China, well china is waiting on an industrial revolution and civil worker revolt as it plans for war as a way out. It is still 50/50 if they can do it. Yes to answer your question yes, the United States of America is much better at addressing every G-damn issue you can bring up. Every illegal has a phoney social security card. They pay taxes but can never claim refunds, which gives the US government free money, which is why they are allowed to stay here and receive free health care. Don't you remember Mexico's president foxey demanding that his wetbacks be given free medicare benefits??? Didn't you find that kind of a strange request?? It's because he knows they are paying into the system and getting nothing back.
The only way to solve this ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT problem is to kick them ALL OUT, build better doors and then start letting them in ONE AT A TIME.

Oh by the way, I work in a forensic setting. There are so many illegals in our prison system it is not even funny. This costs millions of dollars each year to house them AND to take care of any medical problems they may have. NOT EVERYONE IS HERE LOOKING FOR THE "AMERICAN DREAM!" It is ridiculous the way we just let anybody come into our country. No other country does this! We have to protect our beautiful free country. Have you ever lived in a nice small, area and suddenly people from "the city" start migrating to your area? What happens? Your area turns into the same thing those people left, and now you have to look for another place to go. That is what will happen with all these immigrants coming over illegally. We will end up just like mexico!
