I guess she will have to live with her own "kind" if she goes back to Philippines. In a place called the golddiggers street.

The following letter was sent to my congressman. Similar letters are also being sent to both my Pennsylvania senators.

It is good to see you taking a proactive approach to communication in this modern world. Your predecessor met with me near his home in Pleasantville several months after he took office and had yet to see the need for e-mail. Nevertheless, he did assist me in the matter at hand.

The issue I wish to raise today does not affect me personally ay present, but it may in the future if not addressed now. My wife is a native of The Philippines and there may be a reason in the future for me to bring her to the US either permanently or for certain affairs. We are due to have a child in November that will be a US/Philippine dual citizen. This is not of immediate concern but there will be a time when my wife and child need to come to Pennsylvania and this affair may affect further Immigration matters.

The real issue is that of a Philippine woman who took advantage of an elderly man from Arizona for green card purposes only. She sent him back to The Philippines to ostensibly find housing for them while she awaited an update to her residency status in the USA. Her husband eventually became ill and died while she refused offers of transportation to come to The Philippines to care for him. Please read the attached URL (warning, it is very long) and assist myself and others who attempted to care for this man to get his cheating, scamming wife deported from the US permanently. Since you are my newly elected Representative to Congress, I hope you can assist me in this matter.

Hello and please put me up to speed of this as at current time the below are my opinions regarding some of the comments I have read on this forum

A guy above said that the girl would be at home on gold digger street. I find this comment silly as without doubt no 20 something girl would want to hook up with a 60+ man except for financial considerations and this is the case rather it be Philippines, USA or Kenya. That said the comment seems pointless.

Next is a comment about the Girl sending Tom Hunt to CDO. I dont think she sent him and think he agreed to go on his own accord as from what Ive been able to gather from my readings he had very little options as his home was in forclosure and based on 1000usd a month pension he was knocking on the door of being homeless as that sum of money will not support a person in Arizona.

Regarding this McDermott fellow, I dont know him but in all honesty dont realize what part he plays in this drama as he owed Mr. Hunt nothing. To put it bluntly he was just a fellow screwing a girl, rather or not he knew the girl was married is another question but is rather irrelivant to this discussion.

Regarding Tom Hunt himself, Some of the responsibility for his demise he must shoulder himself as his actions where very foolish, then again being foolish isnt a crime.

Regarding Tom Hunts wife, My thought is she had no desire to return to PI. I mean think about it , this person married a man old enough to be her grandfather to escape the very real poverty in her nation and seek a better life abroad. Why would she want to return to what she had just escaped? Especially when the husband was old and sickly from diabettes and a brain tumor. Im sure she most likely was considering her own future. However, If she stole the money of Mr. Hunt that is inexcusable and she deserves to be punished for that.

In all honesty I dont see the point of chastising Albert for the affaire, insulting the wife and etc because even though they may deserve such treatments the focus should be own getting documented evidence of the wife stealing Mr. Hunts money so that appropriate actions can be taken and without this evidence nothing can nor will be accomplished.

What do you call a woman of 20 something who is "financially" poor, hooks up with a 60 or 70+ old man from US, and has no love for him? thats called golddigging. Her meal ticket. She is willing to spread her private area for money(food), but love him? Hell, no way jose. So, what does she do? Find a "younger than 70+" guy. has an affair with that guy, and the woman still had the nerve to come back to her old 70+ husband? yuck. She could have freaking divorced him since she had no love for him anyway if she used her brain, right? But hell no, she aint gonna divorce him because then she won't get to spend galore some (or most of it) of the old guys monthly pension, am i right? To me, that's golddigging. She's a pro. these came about due to filipino culture, family orientation, being christians, and filipino education...

and what westerners do not understand about filipinos is the closeness of the family...

in the west, the individual is supreme over the family, not true in the philippines...

there is the family code, part of the law of the land...

in other nations, a wife/husband can sue his/her spouse, not in the philippines, they are considered as one and no one can sue himself...

however there are a few exceptions and if one is looking for a prostitute, surely he'll get a prostitute...

but prostitutes do not represent the filipina...

Im not debating you in that regards but am just simply stating that rather than pointing out the obvious why does the thread not focus on getting the banking records so a legal action can be innitiated if the lady stole the dead fellows money.

Very shameful and disgusting to think how she could not care for the old guy. Even if love was not present, at least she could have tried to help him while he was in the hospital ("sending him some$$$") since she must not have needed all of it anyway (she was working and living with another guy right?), but who knows. Tom Hunt cared for her and her family back in Philippines "financially" when she wasn't able to, swept her from so called ("poverty"). And to repay him with abandonment just like that? I tell you, that's complete shame. Well worth a trip to hell.

Actually, there is plenty of evidence to prove fraud involving SSA benefits. The evidence is readily available to U.S. federal authorities to see how Mr. Hunt's SSA benefits were received and not spent on his welfare. Fraud involving SSA benefits is both a federal offense and basis for termination of one's green card and deportation - only after serving any federal sentencing in U.S. prison. Persons associated with defrauding SSA also are guilty of conspiracy and will face similar charges i.e. federal imprisonment, probation, etc. SSA and the Department of Justice will investigate the case including sending investigators onsite to the Philippines in coordination of the SSA's DIO. You don't have to be a U.S. citizen or relative to initiate these investigations by the American government.

Well Gordon Elletson seems to think the congressman loves him and will washover any mess he gets himself into. I find it hard to believe a elected congressman will forsake his constituents , who elected him, in a effort to protect a abusive foreign national.
