Let's see. Here is a woman who let her husband die. He had enough money from his pension to survive. Show me the money. Who took his money? Here is a wife who lives in the U.S. still. There was an American that died in the Philippines from lack of proper medicine. There was funds to keep him alive. Where did his money go? Is this a case of Negligent homicide? This is a crime. Will the wife be made to to pay or will she get away with it. She is in the U.S. and living with her boyfriend. Is he an accompliss in this? It sure seems that way.
Where is the justice? It wouldn't help that she gets deported. Her husband would be alive if his money was spent on medicine and the proper care. If she didn't take all his money where did it go? Why didn't he get proper medicine? The money was there.
Why wasn't HIS pension money used to save him?????

Good to see that not everyone gues by the word of Saint Elmer and his EXPAT communities.

Simple fact of the matter is that before this EXPAT group ever got involved the U.S. Embassy sent 3 people down to check on Mr. Thomas Hunt because we informed them of his condition.

Of course as you see if you say anything that is in disagreement with them they are mighty fast to insult you or better yet claim that you are me. They get very very upset if people do not agree with them.

His SS alotment was roughly $1000 USD per month. His medicines alone cost on average $300 USD per day. Here is some simple math 300 x 30 = 9000 (figures based on a 30 day month) and then you must add in the hosiptal costs. Well if his SS alotment was roughly $1000 and lets say that between what Janelaze sent and what others donated the total would come to $2000 a month.

Now if we subtract 2000 from 9000 what do we get a difference of 7000.

The last time I checked not being able to afford proper medical care is not a crime. It is just a tragic event. Yes we all know that had he been in the United States his medical treatment would have been handled but he was not able to fly on a comercial flight. It was deemed by people from the hospital and U.S. Embassy that he would need a medical transport. The medical transports costs ran up to to $30,000 range.

So if the roughly $9000 dollars per month for medical costs could not be met. Tell me how could the money for the medical transport be obtained?

But Uncle Albert...you still have not answered the pertinent questions. How & when you meet Jane Lazy? Why is she in your house? The difference in funds everyone is talking about is NOT the entire bill over all the months of his illness & confinement (yes CONFINEMENT is the correct word). What they are talking about in general is the disparity in funds at the time when he could have been released from the hospital, still had a return ticket to Arizona, was then healthy enough to travel and this whole story would have ended there. Of course then he would have needed to shit some money for his WIFE to come visit him after taking time out from doing whatever it is she does with you there 3000 miles away from the place he left her (supposedly for a short time until he found a home in CDO).

This is some must read at times true at time altered and at times pure fiction. The website that Elmer has dedicated himself to has quite a few statements that have been altered to make himself and his cronnies look like quite the innocent bunch of do gooders.

What he leaves out is the negative emails which some of were quite nasty and also foul mouthed that he himself and others from his gang sent.

There are always 2 sides to a story and when a person decides to base everything on 1 side of the story and that side has nothing to provide in way of proof other than(I think this is what happened)they quite possibly are siding in error.

Also I disagree with you on the topic of money. The question that everyone is asking is what happened to all of the money while he was in the hospital. That question has been addressed and answered.

Thomas Hunt entered the Hospital January 28th.

He was to be released from the Hospital a week later had he been able to pay the hospital bill of 25,000 pesos. His January Social Security of $1149? comes out to 54,000 pesos. His February Social Security also would have been 54,000 pesos.

If SS for the 2 months was 108,000 pesos and the bill was 25,000 pesos, why couldn't he leave the hospital because he could not pay the 25,000? What happened to the Social Security money?

Same thing for March. Another 54,000 pesos.. What happened to the money? As of March 13th his hospital bill was only 65,000. So, why didn't he have enough money to pay the hospital bill?

The bill for the hosiptal is still being paid by Janelaze and will be for quite some time. If she was this evil person that everyone says she is she would not have sent half of her paycheck (roughly $100) everyweek to assist with Mr. Hunts medical needs.

Both the hosiptal and funeral home have arranged payment plans with her.

Yes the EXPATS did contribute 95k pesos but that does not give them the right to act as they have.

You asked 1st to see certain documents and once you were told that you may meet me and see them you changed it to give me them, let me take them home and study them. Well that's not going to happen but I still encourage you to meet me and I will show them to you. But since this is no longer acceptable to you for whatever reason you've dreamed up tough luck.

Correction:

The $100 per week was for her family and Janelaze daughter, Andrea, whom she denied having to the Embassy.

If the evidence shows neither Janelaze or her family took any of Tom Hunt's Social Security.. then it seems to me, providing the copies for everyone to see she and they are innocent of taking any of those funds.. would be the desire.

But, if you want to just posture and not do that, then fine.
