Mr Editor, I have a hypothesis to put across to you, this comes from the many years I have watched the arrogance of various managers at different clubs in the last 10 years. Suppose Managers are not as stupid as the decisions they make , but rather want to perform poorly, get fired , and collect big pay packets from their employers. You cannot take seriously what some of these managers say in defence of ageing and poorly performing players Its a mafia of management decisions.

Also a manager is a worker, employed by the club. There is nothing called "a club decision" not "my" decision.Who do these people thing they are. Liverpool was single-handedly destroyed by a single manager when he bought about15 substandard players over a long period.
