The sky-rocket property prices deprive of wealth of ordinary chinese families and overdraft their comsumption power to any extent.

China went from the world's No. 7 economy (where U.K. is now) to No. 2 in those 10 years. They built the foundations for China's rise to No. 1 in about 5 years.

Home ownership is at 80 % of the population in China. So, your "deprived ordinary Chinese families" just are not the majority in China.

And, most Chinese are NOT LOSERS like you.

At present that China keeps going forward, Any people wouldn't and can't stop the rise of China.

President Hu is just a common president of all presidents of China, there will be more capable presidents in China in the future.
